- California Lighthouse: Be ready to take breathtaking panoramic pictures of Aruba’s scenic coastline.
- Alto Vista Chapel: Uncover the cultural and spiritual significance of the historic Alto Vista Chapel, nestled amidst the island’s serene landscapes.
- Baby Natural Bridge: Marvel at the striking Baby Natural Bridge, a testament to the island’s incredible coastal erosion and formation.
- Hooiberg: Looking for adventure? Climb Hooiberg, Aruba’s famous mountain located at the center of the island, with a view from its 541-foot peak that extends as far as Venezuela on a clear day.
- Gold Mill Ruins: On the northern coast is the abandoned Bushiribana gold mill, which once processed ore from mines in the nearby hills during Aruba’s gold rush of the nineteenth century.
- Secret Pool or The Small Cave Pool: across the Bushiribana Ruins, you’ll find a steep ladder heading straight down to large rocks above the crashing water. Carefully make your way across the rocks, and you’ll discover the Small Natural Pool just down below. The pool is safe for swimming. However, caution is advised when walking the surrounding rock area since outside of the pool, the water’s current and conditions are very strong.
- Aruba Ostrich Farm: You will learn interesting facts about the ostrich’s amazing speed, mating, rearing, feeding habits, and defense mechanisms it uses against predators. You will even have the opportunity to hand-feed the not-so-shy creatures. The guided tour concludes with a visit to the incubator, hatchery, and special pens for young ostriches and emus. www.arubaostrichfarm.com
- Donkey Sanctuary: Visit the sanctuary for a private 30+ minute hugging and petting session with their friendliest, loving donkeys. Encounter about one hundred of Aruba’s donkeys.
- Ayo Rock Formations: Venture through the awe-inspiring Ayo Rock Formations, a geological wonder that reveals the island’s dynamic natural history.
